Opus One: Berks Chamber Choir will celebrate 15 years of music making in Reading/Berks County! Enjoy excellent food while Opus One presents "our favorites" that span the very beginning of the choir till now! As part of our fundraising activities, there will be a SILENT AUCTION (bidding on themed baskets).

MEAL OPTIONS:
1) Herb Encrusted Chicken w/ Lemon Beurre Blanc
2) Pepper Crusted Flat Iron with Fresh Chimichurri
3) Veggie/Vegan Alternative: Oven Roasted Cauliflower with Wild Mushroom Ragout

All meals come with a House Salad, Yukon Gold Whipped Potatoes, Sautéed Lemon Green Beans, and a Plated Dessert.
